Pointing to God’s Anointed

Dear Friends,

“WHY DO THE HEATHEN RAGE, AND THE PEOPLE IMAGINE A VAIN THING? THE KINGS OF THE EARTH SET THEMSELVES, AND THE RULERS TAKE COUNSEL TOGETHER, AGAINST THE LORD, AND AGAINST HIS ANOINTED, SAYING, LET US BREAK THEIR BANDS ASUNDER, AND CAST AWAY THEIR CORDS FROM US. HE THAT SITTETH IN THE HEAVENS SHALL LAUGH: THE LORD SHALL HAVE THEM IN DERISION. THEN SHALL HE SPEAK UNTO THEM IN HIS WRATH, AND VEX THEM IN HIS SORE DISPLEASURE. YET HAVE I SET MY KING UPON MY HOLY HILL OF ZION.” PSALMS 2:1-6

Who is God’s anointed? Who is God’s anointed? Who is God’s anointed? Yes, I know I asked the question three times. Let me ask it again; Who is God’s anointed? The majority of believers don’t even know who God’s anointed is. It’s sad, and it can be dangerous; not only to not know who God’s anointed is, but to verbally speak out against God’s anointed.

“SAYING, TOUCH NOT MINE ANOINTED, AND DO MY PROPHETS NO HARM.” PSALMS 105:15

King David understood this better than anyone. This is why He (alone) has this testimony,

“AND WHEN HE HAD REMOVED HIM (SAUL), HE RAISED UP UNTO THEM DAVID TO BE THEIR KING; TO WHOM ALSO HE GAVE TESTIMONY, AND SAID, I HAVE FOUND DAVID THE SON OF JESSE, A MAN AFTER MINE OWN HEART, WHICH SHALL FULFILL ALL MY WILL.” ACTS 13:22

David knew who God anointed. He understood the importance of the anointing. He respected, honored and loved the anointed one, King Saul. However, Saul was jealous of David; he actually attempted to murder David 21 times! David (even knowing that he was anointed to be the next king) would not touch Saul. David ran for his life for years as king Saul tried to kill him. Saul would take thousands of military soldiers to search for David so he could destroy him. On the 20th assassination attempt, Saul walked into a cave to go to the bathroom. David and his men were actually hiding from Saul and his army in that exact cave. Saul took off his King’s robe prior to doing his bathroom business. David’s men were excited, and they began whispering to David, “This is your day David! God has given you the kingdom. Go kill Saul. Finally, the kingdom is yours!” David must have had a million thoughts going through his mind as he quietly snuck close to where Saul was. He saw the King’s robe, and instead of going further to “touch the anointed one” and killing him, he did the lesser of two evils, and “touched the anointed one’s” robe! David cut off a piece of the robe to later prove to Saul he could’ve killed him. That alone, SMOTE David’s heart! This sin of David most people never understand. “Come on Thad, he only cut a little piece of fabric off his robe!” That statement alone is the reason why most don’t have a clue who God has anointed.

“THEN SAUL TOOK THREE THOUSAND CHOSEN MEN OUT OF ALL ISRAEL, AND WENT TO SEEK DAVID AND HIS MEN UPON THE ROCKS OF THE WILD GOATS. AND HE CAME TO THE SHEEPCOTES BY THE WAY, WHERE WAS A CAVE; AND SAUL WENT IN TO COVER HIS FEET (GO TO THE RESTROOM): AND DAVID AND HIS MEN REMAINED IN THE SIDES OF THE CAVE. AND THE MEN OF DAVID SAID UNTO HIM, BEHOLD THE DAY OF WHICH THE LORD SAID UNTO THEE, BEHOLD, I WILL DELIVER THINE ENEMY INTO THINE HAND, THAT THOU MAYEST DO TO HIM AS IT SHALL SEEM GOOD UNTO THEE. THEN DAVID AROSE, AND CUT OFF THE SKIRT OF SAUL’S ROBE PRIVILY. AND IT CAME TO PASS AFTERWARD, THAT DAVID’S HEART SMOTE HIM, BECAUSE HE HAD CUT OFF SAUL’S SKIRT. AND HE SAID UNTO HIS MEN, THE LORD FORBID THAT I SHOULD DO THIS THING UNTO MY MASTER, THE LORD’S ANOINTED, TO STRETCH FORTH MINE HAND AGAINST HIM, SEEING HE IS THE ANOINTED OF THE LORD. SO DAVID STAYED HIS SERVANTS WITH THESE WORDS, AND SUFFERED THEM NOT TO RISE AGAINST SAUL. BUT SAUL ROSE UP OUT OF THE CAVE, AND WENT ON HIS WAY. DAVID ALSO AROSE AFTERWARD, AND WENT OUT OF THE CAVE, AND CRIED AFTER SAUL, SAYING, MY LORD THE KING. AND WHEN SAUL LOOKED BEHIND HIM, DAVID STOOPED WITH HIS FACE TO THE EARTH, AND BOWED HIMSELF.” 1 SAMUEL 24:2-8

The humility of David in this event is overwhelming. This is why David was a man after God’s own heart! He knew authority; he wouldn’t touch God’s anointed; and he rebuked his own men for not recognizing that King Saul was still God’s anointed! Wow! Where are the David’s of today; those that respect and understand the anointed of God? People are so quick to give their opinion in ignorance not even knowing who God has anointed. It grieves our Lord when Christians bash the person whom God has anointed to help them. Many ministers don’t even know who God has anointed; and if they do, few will even mention his name. Why? Fear of man, and fear of what their congregation might think. Donald J Trump is God’s anointed. That is not even debatable, but millions of believers don’t even know it. Donald Trump is not only God’s anointed for America, but God’s anointed for the entire world. Trump is God’s trumpet; he is the Moses of today declaring to Pharaoh (Deep State), “LET GOD’S PEOPLE GO!”

What is sad is this; instead of honoring the vessel of God, most Christians have no problem with “touching the anointing” by griping, complaining and giving their opinion of President Trump.

“SAYING, TOUCH NOT MINE ANOINTED, AND DO MY PROPHETS NO HARM.” PSALMS 105:15

Let’s look at another example of “touching God’s anointed.” This is the event where David found out that Saul and his best friend, Jonathan, died. Look at what David did to the young man that followed King Saul’s request to help him die. This is epic. This is another reason why David was a man after God’s own heart. This event only “Gideon’s Dogs” can understand!

“AND DAVID SAID UNTO HIM, HOW WAST THOU NOT AFRAID TO STRETCH FORTH THINE HAND TO DESTROY THE LORD’S ANOINTED? AND DAVID CALLED ONE OF THE YOUNG MEN, AND SAID, GO NEAR, AND FALL UPON HIM. AND HE SMOTE HIM THAT HE DIED. AND DAVID SAID UNTO HIM, THY BLOOD BE UPON THY HEAD; FOR THY MOUTH HATH TESTIFIED AGAINST THEE, SAYING, I HAVE SLAIN THE LORD’S ANOINTED.” 2 SAMUEL 1:14-16

Think about this amazing turn of events. This young Amalekite man (by chance) sees King Saul injured with the Philistines in hot pursuit wanting to kill or capture him. Saul demanded for this young man to help finish him off; Saul was trying to commit suicide. So, “obeying” the King’s wishes (order) he kills the King Saul. Afterwards, he took Saul’s crown off his head and a bracelet off his arm; he rent his clothes and threw dirt on himself; then he brought all the items to David. He bowed before David out of honor and respect and then told him that Jonathan and King Saul were dead. It “sounds” like the young man did the right thing, but did he? Of course not! It may have “seemed” right to this Amalekite to obey Saul, but the problem was this; he either didn’t have a revelation of God’s anointed, or he just disregarded it. In David’s eyes (as it should be with ours too) both were wrong! David killed the kid for absolutely “touching the anointing.” David honored King Saul even after King Saul was dead! Wow! Where is this honor today? We just don’t see this type of respect for God’s anointed today. Why not? People (like this kid) either don’t recognize the Lord’s anointed or they just disregard them. Both are wrong! Personally, I believe the leadership of the church is responsible. We should be pointing to the President and telling the sheep; “this man is the Lord’s anointed.” Leaders (5-fold ministry gifts) “should” recognize the Lord’s anointed before anyone, but the majority do not; some are so deceived they voted and supported the guy against God’s anointed; while others chose to just not take a stand. In my opinion, it is our obligation to God to lead people to God’s anointed vessels. Donald Trump ranks with Gideon, Moses and Joshua. Many prophets have called him God’s David for this hour. Those prophets are of the Lord!

It is time for the church to realize that God sent Donald J Trump to rescue us. It’s time for a few bold men and women to step forward and correct believers that have been spewing out hatred towards God’s anointed. There is a war going on between light versus darkness. Have you noticed? God is winning this battle with Donald Trump (the anointed of the Lord). Some will continue to say, “we need to just keep our eyes on Jesus. We shouldn’t be political. We need to leave these things to God.” No! No! No! When did God change? He didn’t! We need to support what God supports. We need to loathe what God loathes. We need to know the ANOINTED OF THE LORD! Thank you, Lord, for anointing Donald Trump to FREE YOUR PEOPLE! Let’s get ready for another Red Sea Moment!
